Many golf spectators often wonder how such a laid back sport can have rules and regulations with the exception of remaining quite throughout the course of the game. Golf being a unique sport, the rules of Golf are internationally standardized and governed by two associations known as the Royal and Ancient Golf club of St Andrews and United States Golf Association. Jurisdiction of the governed rules is limited to United States and Mexico.
